The Hunger Games
Everybody seems to be into this series right now, and I bought the books a few weeks ago. I suppose I’ll start on those tonight and see what all the hype is about.
Harry Potter
I am going to read all of the Harry Potter books (I’m on the second one now). Then I will watch every movie and see the last when it is released. I know I’ve waited until pretty late in the game, but, I’m working on it.
Why, yes, it has been a while.
End of school activities got in the way of posting. However, I do have a few things that can be checked off:
I’ve began to actually watch movies and so far I have seen Avatar and Inception. This is a huge deal because I truly NEVER watch movies. Sarah is also about to view Garden State with me, since I haven’t seen it either. She says it’s good, so I believe I’ll enjoy it.

Sarah brought this, along with a huge stack of amazing books, to my house. I love anything that shows the true wonder in small children. I love it because it is amazing to see pure truth, rather than the censored words we spill out of our mouths. Pure and simple truth.
I am the type of person who is constantly looking for a new way to challenge myself, otherwise I become bored and feel like I’m leading an entirely pointless existence. Being a vegetarian of six years, I had decided, around late November of last year, that I wanted to try veganism out. I only lasted for about a month. I think the main attribution to my failure was my lack of knowledge on the subject. When asked to explain why I chose to become vegan, I found myself stumbling over my words and not knowing exactly what to say. So, I’ve decided, what better time to become better informed on the subject than now? I may even give it another shot.

As part of the quest I am discovering coffee. Through Sarah’s aid to my coffee machine at home, I’ve realized reading a book is much more pleasant while drinking from a mug. I’ve come to realize, coffee is a good friend of knowledge.
